    over the phoneSAP and a Salesforce based portal will be utilized on a daily basis - previous experience or familiarity with these tools is nice to have, but the contractor can be trainedTechnology or semiconductor industry experience is nice to have, but this team is very operationally focused, and the contractor does not need to have a technical backgroundTop skills: Data management, updating and validating data in web based system or portal, strong communication - both internal and externalJob DescriptionThe Customer Operation Assistant supports routine customer account operations through order entry, maintenance and subsequent actions to ensure reporting, accurate status, and reverse logistics occur according to client policy and agreements.

    Duties And ResponsibilitiesReceive customer purchase order information and enter requests into SAP in accordance with operational procedures and service level agreementsProcess order related data from customer and client requests efficiently and accurately into various systemsUnderstand terms, conditions and account instructions for each customer in order to change, cancel, or maintain ordersCommunicate complete order entry and returns procedures and requirements to a customerUnderstand Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and tools to properly create and route returns from customers to AMDCreate and refresh basic reports and forward to required individuals and teamsAdhering to and enforcing operational proceduresAdministers global processes and reportsResponsible for supporting strategic and complex customersQualifications And RequirementsEducation: Secondary school graduate or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience preferredAbility to work within a diverse global team with members that will have varying job functions and communicate among teamsData accuracy, and attention to detail in regard to time sensitive workBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) requiredKnowledge of order management systems (SAP) preferredAbility to manage several unique customers with specific service requirementsOrganizational skills and experience administrating multi-step processesRole is for an in office position#J-18808-Ljbffr
