    Position Description:
    The candidate will work with our Master Systems Integrator (MSI) partners as a liaison on all commissioning activities.

    The position will coordinate commissioning material and activities for MSI partners such as Cx plans, pre-functional and functional performance checklists, issues logs, site observation reports, final reports, and systems manuals as outlined in the general commissioning plan.


    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    Participate in all Use Case development workshops and meetings.
    Translate Use Case business rules into requirements for testing and commissioning plans and develop outlines.
    Work with 3 rd

    party testing and commissioning agent to develop detailed plans and schedules.

    Coordinate commissioning deliverables between MSI partners including test plan reviews, submittal reviews, controls review, pre-functional and functional performance test scripts, issues logs, site observation reports, O&M reviews, final reports, systems manuals, and commissioning close out activities.

    Provide input into the overall commissioning and ORAT process that includes defining scope, roles and responsibilities. Participate in stakeholder engagement and establishing cross-functional teams.
    Support the production of system interface diagrams for integrated system test development based on approved use cases.
    Maintain detailed and accurate commissioning project records including data, documentation, and reports related to MSI team members.
    Lead and execute test lab pre-testing including general installation verification, pre-functional, performance testing.
    Coordinate reoccurring commissioning meetings.
    Cultivate effective relationships with MSI partners.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Associates in Applied Science in Engineering Technology or similar education.
    Experience commissioning low voltage systems including networks, AV, security and other building technology systems.
    Airline industry specific technology systems experience is considered a plus.
    5 years or more of experience in consulting, commissioning, or construction administration.
    Candidate with CxA certification or similar industry certification is preferred.
    A background in building envelope commissioning is a bonus.
    Candidates with a PE license or ability to obtain a PE license will be considered a plus.
    Experience in architectural and engineering work.
    Working experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Products.
    Ability to self-manage throughout the project and work as part of a team.
    Proven communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


    Salary:
    $105,000-$150,000 depending on education and experience
