Human Resources Generalist Role at Edgewood University:

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary point of contact for employees, student workers and supervisors regarding general HR related questions. The successful candidate will support the Human Resources department in various areas including student employment, benefits administration, onboarding, recruitment, HRIS management and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Coordinator with higher education experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Spanish is also desired.
