    Description

    At Titian Cleaning LLC, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Janitor to join our team at the Phoenix Police Department in Mountain View Precinct. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

    • Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily
    • Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot
    • Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room kitchens water fountains empty trash recycling bins sweep mop vacuum floors entrance mats dust fixtures clean glass replenish supplies report maintenance safety concerns maintain cleaning equipment supplies as directed by OMEX Management

  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail reliability ability work independently part team must lift 25 lbs positive can-do attitude willingness pitch where needed 18 years older Phoenix Police Background Check Required real identity legal name felony misdemeanor records check county checks Arizona lived minimum 7-year history criminals records check sexual offender search outstanding warrants current criminal investigations current parole probation All Applicants provide scanned copy front back government issued photo ID scanned copy front back Social Security Card fingerprint form COP police department clearance badge key fee
