    LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Supervisor for a local contract job in Angola, Indiana.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • 40 hours per week
    • Shift: 8 hours, days
    • Employment Type: Local Contract

    Education (One of the following required):

    • Bachelor's degree AND 4 years of laboratory training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties performed; OR
    • Master's degree AND 2 years of laboratory training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties performed; OR
    • Licensed MD/DO/DPM or PhD AND certification in clinical pathology OR 1 year of laboratory training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties performed

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical laboratory
    • Minimum of 3 years of microbiology and blood bank experience required

    Certification:

    • Certification as a Medical Technologist or Diplomate of Laboratory Management by an appropriate accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT, NCA or equivalent)

    Key Responsibilities:-
    Provide administrative, operational, and technical oversight of the laboratory
    Ensure compliance with CLIA 88 regulatory requirements
    Maintain high standards of quality in laboratory testing
    Support continuous improvement initiatives
    Meet CLIA 88 requirements as a supervisor
