    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in Northern California. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters and will demonstrate exceptional legal expertise, strategic thinking, and client management skills.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
    2. Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
    3. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    4. Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
    5. Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and other discovery activities.
    6. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
    7. Provide strategic counsel to clients on legal issues and potential risks.
    8. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
    9. Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
    10. Stay current on legal developments, case law, and industry trends relevant to litigation practice areas.

    Qualifications:

    1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    2. Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
    3. Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation.
    4. Proven track record of success in handling complex litigation matters.
    5. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
    9. Business development experience is preferred.
    10. Experience with e-discovery and litigation technology tools is a plus.

    Benefits:

    1. Competitive salary starting between $150,000 - $180,000 annually, with top 15% earners (after bonus structure payout) earning $250,000+.
