    Description

    DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Director of Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The candidate must have Contact Center/BPO Experience.

    The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of B2B marketing department, including marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, content creation, social media management, and event planning. They will collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and develop marketing plans that align with the company's growth strategy. The Director of Marketing will also monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
    Responsibilities

    • Generate Marketing Qulaifying Leads (MQL) to pass on the Sales Department
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media
    • Create engaging and captivating content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms
    • Plan and execute events, such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars
    • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation efforts
    • Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities
    • Analyze campaign performance and metrics to measure ROI and optimize marketing efforts
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
    • At least 10 years marketing experience in a B2B environment
    • At least 3 years experience in the Contact Center and/or BPO industry
    • At least 5 years of experience with social media/paid marketing
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Experience in the BPO industry or similar field preferred
