Responsibilities
- Carries a caseload of 15 to 20 cases
- Serves as a youth's guardian
- Createsservice plans so that adequate services and assistance are provided to youth and families
- Delivers services in the family's home or wherever they need us (school, court, etc.)
- Pgives on-call crisis support to the youth and family
- Esnures all medical needs are met
