    Your Role Entails:

    • Recruiting: Employ diverse channels to discover and attract extraordinary real estate talent, aligning with our core values.
    • Protecting our Culture: Evaluate candidate fit, advocating our values and nurturing a unified team .
    • Onboarding/Training: Work alongside leadership operations team to develop and implement onboarding and training programs to ensure your new hires have the best opportunities for success
    • Emissary of Our Brand: Boost our visibility by engaging with the local real estate community, enhancing our brand, and attracting potential talent.
    • Visionary in Recruitment: Keep a pulse on industry trends, leveraging insights to refine and revolutionize our recruitment approach.

    We're Searching For Someone With:

    • A robust background in real estate recruitment, or a similar field, with a talent for identifying top-notch professionals.
    • A hunger to learn and grow, someone who will never settle for good enough.
    • Stellar communication skills, thriving in building relationships and gaining trust.
    • Familiarity with the latest in recruitment technology and practices.

    Compensation:

    $50,000 yearly + bonuses and a clear career ladder with huge upsides for growth

    Responsibilities:

    • Source and attract high-caliber real estate professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with company managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
    • Attend local real estate events and meetings to promote our real estate brand.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
    • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful.
    • Look for agents in our area and recruit them via daily phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business.
    • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their applications to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and the ability to identify top-performing salespeople.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
