    Our company is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to work with its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the Tax practice group in the Washington, DC, Atlanta, New York, or Chicago office.

    We are looking to add a team member with a strong background in employee benefits and executive compensation. Experience with Title I of ERISA and M&A transactions is helpful. The candidate will work on a broad range of matters within the employee benefits field.

    Job Requirements:
    We are seeking candidates who possess:Three to five years of law firm experience.
    Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of employee benefits-related issues.

    Experience across various aspects of compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) from both the employer and the retirement services industry perspectives.

    Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
    Strong academic records and impressive writing and communication abilities.

    A team-player mindset, the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in an active practice, confidence, and a strong interest in joining our team.
