New Grads Welcomed - Support from Area Manager and Clinical Specialist
Software - Net Health for the SNF
Start Date: ASAP Offering at least 13 weeks and option for longer term - 1 year
Flexibility in schedule for time off requested or to shift worked days: Normal is M-F
Productivity expectations 80-85% (includes evaluations and group/concurrent time in full) for the SNF
Therapy Supervisor on-site
Local Rates apply within 80 miles
$500 backout/quit fee assessed when 2 weeks offer not given.
