Job Overview:

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AVP, Information Security Engineer to join our IAM Engineering organization in supporting and enhancing Privileged Access Management platforms. This role will provide technical leadership, day-to-day team management for the CyberArk engineering and support team, and thought leadership on the future direction and use of the applications.

Responsibilities:

CyberArk Suite provisioning, including Application Identity Manager (AIM), Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), and Discovery and Analysis tool
Secrets management using Conjur platform
Privileged User account administration of Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components
Integration of various platforms with CyberArk, such as LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, and networking Devices
Safe, Platform, and Owner creation and management
Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies management or redistribution
CPM and PSM connector customization
Health check monitoring on CyberArk servers for consistent availability
Interpretation and analysis of corporate security standards and baselines
Maintenance of Security tool FAQ and Support Documentation
Creation of security reports for troubleshooting and problem resolution
Assistance to architects/engineers in data collection and report generation
Testing and certification of new product versions, bug fixes, and detailed reports
Development and execution of test plans
Production and maintenance of Metrics & Reporting
Leadership of team meetings
Mentorship and coaching of other team members
Alignment of team on tasks and goals
Collaboration with senior leadership on platform strategy and roadmap

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required
8+ years of IT experience, preferably in Cybersecurity
5+ years of work experience supporting CyberArk PIM Suite/Infrastructure, with deployment and implementation of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large scale customers
Experience in maintaining and implementing new settings, remediation, and mitigation as required
Documentation of installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math/Physics preferred
Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems
PSM connector customization strongly preferred
CyberArk Platform certification preferred
Experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting)
Extensive experience with digital password vaulting solutions
Experience with Windows/UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment
Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes
Experience with human versus non-human (service) accounts
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, BPM, or others
