    Position: Sales Executive

    Location: Flowood, MS Onsite

    Duration: Direct Hire

    Salary: $40k - $55k base salary (+ uncapped commission & car allowance)

    • Starting salary is based on experience

    Growth Opportunities:

    • This role offers strong earning and career growth for motivated performers. First‑year OTE typically ranges from $75k–$100k, with continued upside as you build your book of business, expand accounts, and take on larger opportunities.

    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is seeking a self-motivated and adaptable sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, quick on their feet, and driven by a competitive edge that pushes them to excel. In this role, you'll drive new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities across your local market and within the clients customer network. You will manage your own pipeline, engage decision‑makers, deliver on‑site presentations, and partner with internal teams to expand accounts and uncover additional product and service opportunities. Staying up to date on industry trends, maintaining clear reporting, and using consistent outbound outreach will be essential to your success.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
