Job summaryThe Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing team with various marketing functions and support the execution of marketing initiatives aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the department Additionally this role will assist with projects and assignments for Marketing communications event coordination and reporting Key AccountabilitiesCoordinates the marketing efforts and manages the timeline of various industry conferences Drafts and edits content for press releases quarterly newsletters social media posts and other internal external communications Creates analyzes marketing activity reports such as website traffic social media press releases email campaigns Compiles researches prepares monthly analytics reports to communicate to Business Development team along other periodic analytics Maximizes inbound traffic by auditing website SEO utilization updating website content analyzing SEO keyword database making necessary recommendations Creates marketing campaigns emails blogs social media posts related items to attract visitors prospective clients promote events Organizes files folders image libraries Researches competitor activity digital presence including social media thought leadership online engagements events attendance Conference event logistics gathering preparing shipping materials supplies promotional items conference venues Manages administrative tasks maintaining checklists tracking expense items adding events website organizing attendee information Supports assists prepping designing printing materials signage PowerPoint presentations agendas nametags etc Coordinates bulk shipments corporate hosted conferences Drafts announcements invitations followups Supports post-event activities sending thank-you emails gathering feedback compiling success metrics WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Serves contact vendor relationships Contact members teams follow-up inquiries open workflow EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Working towards bachelors degree business administration marketing public relations related field Previous internship experience sales Experience financial services industry KNOWLEDGE Traditional digital content social media tools Canva Constant Contact basic tools Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat SKILLS ABILITIES Troubleshoots issues creative critical thinking skills Multitasking analytical organizational initiative-taking strategic meticulous personal integrity responsibility accountability Effectively uses resources associates Participates solving problems decisions Presents expresses ideas information clearly concisely Actively listens others understanding supports exchange ideas information Identifies needs arranges obtains resources accomplish individual department goals Establishes develops working relationships associates clientele favorable unfavorable situations Modifies priorities ensures completion Equivalent KSA education experience considered Ultimus equal opportunity employer does not discriminate applicant employee race color religion national origin ancestry gender orientation age disability veteran military status genetic information citizenship anti-discrimination laws No questions employment application intended secure impermissible purposes Equivalent KSA education experience considered
