- Curate product content and managing product photography in complex content management systems (CMS) and within each ecommerce marketplace platforms and channels
- Developing, managing, and maintaining product listings and categorizations for multiple websites and omni marketplace sales channels to include Shopify, , , Wayfair, , eBay.
- Managing the executing and analyzing of online social and digital marketing initiatives to include campaigns, bids, budgets, promotions and brand within Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other online advertising platforms
- Ability to optimizing product listings UI, UX and SEO for major online marketplaces within North America and the ability to expand into other foreign languages and market segments
- Assist in managing both client (marketplace/platform) and end customer relationships in both ecommerce and social online environments
- Vital role in maintaining and stocking inventories across online platforms and omni channels
- Administer, develop, analyze and report on social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to work with and alongside of other internal departments on initiatives in relationship to logistics, operations, accounting, product development, marketing, branding, budgeting, social media.
- Accredited Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant work experience within Ecommerce and/or digital marketing for 2 or more years (in manufacturing industry preferred)
- Experience using web analytics and optimization tools such as Google's suite of Analytics, Marketplace and Manufacturer
- Analytical and Communication skills are highly required
- Proven experience utilizing SEO, managing digital product inventory, selling products on Amazon and other online marketplaces, Graphic Design, coding HTML/SQL, writing ad and product copy
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills a MUST
- User functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, and independently manage workflow and responsibilities while working in a team setting
