Description
*This is an in person position with daytime hours only.
Hand and Stone is seeking for a Customer Service Representative *In this role you will never be bored as you are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING* As the liaison between our clients and our certified massage therapists/licensed estheticians, our Customer Service Representatives schedule all of the service appointments and answer client questions.
We are looking for someone who can *excel at multitasking and pay attention to detail *Someone who moves quickly, loves to learn, and manages to keep everything on track will fit in with the company culture.
