    *This is an in person position with daytime hours only.


    Hand and Stone is seeking for a Customer Service Representative *In this role you will never be bored as you are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING* As the liaison between our clients and our certified massage therapists/licensed estheticians, our Customer Service Representatives schedule all of the service appointments and answer client questions.

    The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
    • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
    • Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
    • Booking Conversion Rate
    • Individual Phone Scores
    * % of Upgrades Booked

    • Average Call Time
    • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
    • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
    • Positive, energetic attitude
    • Team player
    • Perform various other duties as assigned

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
    • A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
    • Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus

    Pay:
    $17.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 40 per week
