    Job Overview

    • As an Application Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for your assigned areas and offer assistance to other teams and users when needed.
    • You'll showcase top-notch communication skills and teamwork abilities consistently.
    • You'll bring in a wide-ranging knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures in your specialized field to tackle challenging tasks efficiently.
    • Your responsibilities may vary from planning and system analysis to application development, testing, maintenance, and user support.
    • Moreover, you might take on special projects under your manager's guidance.
    • You fully grasp the connections between the applications you work with and adhere to project management approaches wherever required.

    Desired Qualifications

    • For this role, candidates should excel in teamwork, possess exceptional communication skills, and approach problem-solving with a positive mindset. A high school diploma or GED is a must.
    • An associate degree in information technology or a healthcare-related field is desirable.
    • You should have a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or relevant IT roles.
    • Prior knowledge of applications like AmeriPath, Data Innovations, Epic Beaker, LabCorp, NovaNet POC, Quest Diagnostics, RALS, SoftBank is advantageous.
    • You will be responsible for overseeing server and application updates, having a solid understanding of server operating systems and database structures.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with vendors to ensure reliable platform support is also part of your role.
    • You will present various options and suggestions to leaders to aid in decision-making regarding proposed solutions and enhancements.
