Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Software Development Cycle: Drive projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring seamless progression from prototyping to final product delivery.
• Facilitating Team Expansion: Conduct interviews and foster team cohesion, cultivating a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development among team members.
• Taking Charge of Project Management: Lead multiple projects, coordinating teams of engineers and providing guidance on design and execution. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure alignment on deliverables, design reviews, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience in embedded software development.
• More than 3 years of involvement in the Medical Device sector.
• Strong expertise in programming languages including C/C++
• Proficient in using version control, compilation, and code packaging tools like GCC, CMake, and Git.
• Skilled in scripting languages for Linux-based application development.
• Familiarity with utilizing Linux as an embedded development platform.

This is a hybrid role in Northern Greater Boston and requires some travel to client sites.
