- Partner with sales and marketing teams to build out targeted outreach campaigns for enterprise-level organizations, both net-new and previously engaged prospects
- Serve as the CEO of your own territory
- Consistently deliver on prescribed daily outbound success metrics
- Identify and contact decision-makers
- Qualify potential business opportunities
- Select the deals in line with business strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Help facilitate prospect discovery calls and initial product demonstrations
- Drive value conversations by engaging prospect stakeholders in a consultative fashion
- Leverage to accurately track relevant prospect information
- Develop trust & rapport with prospective clients and deliver a white-glove client handoff to internal revenue partners
- 1+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation experience
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted, consultative advisor to clients
- Proven track record of reaching and surpassing quota
- Comfort with remote-first work & ability to manage sales cycle activities virtually
- Excitement around personal growth and enthusiasm to learn and sell new concepts (we don't expect you to know much about mentoring, but we do expect you to believe in the impact of mentoring)
- Base Compensation: $50K - $55K
- Variable Compensation: $15K - $25K

MentorcliQ is looking for a Client Development Representative to help establish outbound sales processes, drive outbound campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities as we build a world class revenue engine.
In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for new and stalled prospects, and be a key contributor to the company's revenue goals.
As a member of the Revenue team, you will collaborate closely with other internal teams to identify, align, and manage client expectations as you build the case for prospects to select MentorcliQ as their long-term partner for mentoring.
