    Occupational Therapist Role


    HealthPro Heritage is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to work in senior living community at Parc at Piedmont East Cobb. The position provides therapy services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, with a focus on improving functional mobility strength balance and overall independence.

    Job Responsibilities:

    We are looking for an occupational therapist who can:
      Evaluate clients physical emotional cognitive abilities using observations standardized tools Create personalized treatment plans meet goals enhance functional abilities Educate clients families daily activities use adaptive equipment environmental modifications Maintain accurate records evaluations progress treatment plans compliance legal ethical standards Advocate clients needs access community resources services accommodations Eligible licensed occupational therapist valid state licensure as occupational therapist or license eligible Strong clinical assessment diagnostic skills Proficient developing implementing effective treatment plans Excellent communication interpersonal skills patient-centered approach Ability lift assist patients stand extended periods perform physical tasks related
