Job DescriptionDocument Control – all documents required by SQF
Review COAs/COCs to ensure ingredients/raw materials meet specifications
Ingredients/Raw Materials – maintain COAs/COCs, Kosher Certifications, specifications, SDS, etc.
Customer Invoicing (AR) – Deep Foods, Chetak, etc.
Purchase Orders – create in APT, submit to vendors, set up new parts as required
Invoices (AP) – ensure PO is received and invoice matches PO in APT
Monitor Receipts and Usage of Milk
Prepare Monthly Reports for NY State:
USDA MA Report
NYSDAM Assessment (Milk Producers Security Fund)
National Milk Drug Residue Data
NYSDAM Plant Report
Production Records – monitor for accuracy and completion, scan and file
Production Schedule – input into APT
Assist with mid-year and year-end Inventory
Monitor Inventory not in APT: Key Cultures, Supplies, Flavors, Production Chemicals, etc.
Member of the Food Safety, HACCP and SQF teams
