Responsibilities will include:
Analyzing current benefits to employee needs

Reviewing and analyzing costs

Presenting benefit information as needed in orientation

Guiding employees with benefit selection

Supporting staff with providing proper benefits to meet their needs

Analyzing turnover and results, to identify any potential needs for benefits

Auditing benefit costs

Reviewing plan options and other plan providers

Reviewing employee information and plan selections

Reviewing proposals from other benefit plans

Reviewing and auditing benefit claims

Preparing reports and providing solutions to upper management

Supporting Executives with various ad-hoc reporting


Special Skills:
Ability to work well independently, yet as a team

Strong analytical and people skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once

Must have:

4+ years experience within Benefits, 1-2 Analyst experience

Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus

MSWord and Excel - intermediate to advanced

Proven financial analysis experience

BS or BA in related field
