    job summary:
    Our West Michigan Client has a contract opportunity for a Social Media Business Analyst. This role will support global content strategies, social strategies, content productions, go-to-market planning, performance reporting, channel management, and more across social and digital channels. You will use content and social media expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to shape go-to-market content and social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook YouTube, web, apps, and training channels. This contract role may also require the ability to direct agencies, internal creative support, and internal community management to produce high performing content. Some of the work will be global and will require night and evening calls. This is a hybrid role near Grand Rapids, MI.

    responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Content & Social Media Strategies: Create and implement content and social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience demographics, and industry trends to effectively position brand in the digital landscape.

  • Content Planning, Production, and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, produce, and execute engaging content, including visuals, videos, and copy, tailored to various social media platforms to showcase our products' benefits, educate consumers, and inspire action.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns and promotions, including product launches, credibility campaigns, education campaigns, to drive traffic, conversions, and support business growth

  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, conversion rates, and customer sentiment, using social media analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and inform future strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global and local teams across: marketing, social, creative, project management, training, and other stakeholders to understand market-specific needs, gather insights, and align content initiatives with local strategies and objectives.
