    High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related area is preferred.
    Valid Driver's License required.
    At least 7 years experience in the field or in a related area.

    The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring that the project delivers a promised product or service, on schedule and within budget.

    The Project Lead position investigates, analyzes, designs, develops, plans and coordinates work teams to implement cost effective solutions for technological needs.

    Provides technical support and application expertise to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Investigates and assists in developing a proposed solution to business sponsored initiatives. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    This position may require on-call responsibilities.

    This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.


    • Assumes Project Leadership in the planning, analysis, design development and implementation of various information system projects.
    • Effectively collaborates with business personnel to identify, document and meet business information needs.
    • Conducts studies and analysis as required to support business and project objectives.
    • Coordinates the selection and purchase of hardware/software and related equipment that meets business needs.
    • Serves as the "customer advocate" for a specific customer or business as appropriate.
    • Ensures customer business plans and strategies have appropriate technology projects.
    • Provides initial needs analysis on all information technology requests.
    • Leads and directs the work and activities of the project team members as appropriate.
    • Assists in the technical/application development of staff in their area to identify on-the-job training, formal training and work assignments. This includes providing feedback to the employee on their performance expectation as it relates to the technical aspect of their job.
    • Ensures the integration of software projects into AHS environment.
    • Understands and practices the InfoShare values.
    • Adheres to AtlantiCare and InfoShare Policies and Procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
