    Description

    System Administrator Position at Woodlake Outdoor

    Woodlake Outdoor is currently looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to oversee the Aspire software usage within our organization.

    This role involves peer-to-peer interaction, requiring a high level of professionalism to effectively engage and train the team on the various functionalities of Aspire.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contract Entry, Updating & Construction of agreements as needed
    • Creating Business Units Structure with Leadership Teams
    • Inputting vendor cost information
    • AHW data backup and input
    • Coordinating training webinars
    • Managing invoicing, PR Management, mobile phone MDM
    • Establishing equipment inventory, repairs, and depreciation within Aspire System
    • Implementing efficient methods for information delivery
    • Supporting Branches by optimizing data input for cost management
    • Utilizing Aspire for Construction estimating and job cost reporting
    • Assisting the Sales department with commission reports and customer satisfaction calls
    • Supporting the IT Manager with various tasks

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • 3-5+ years of experience in databases, networks, and landscape operations
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Dependable, self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Customer service-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
    • Open to feedback and continual learning
    • Proficient in Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other industry software
