    Omesa has a very unique opportunity for the right person. Omesa specializes in Exceptional Nationwide ESA Site Inspections and we are looking for an Exceptional Project Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • An Omesa Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the the site visit portion of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment.
    • As a PM, you will be responsible to arrange the site inspection, arrange your travel, and document the ESA site inspection in accordance with Omesa Group's standard practice.
    • You will take hundreds of strategic photos per site using the Omesa Camera app and document the site through the Omesa Site Reconnaissance Report.
    • You will assist and/or communicate with other members of the team and clients as necessary from project onboarding through project follow-up to ensure all site details are clearly understood.
    • You will travel nationwide from the Dallas, TX area

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • All PMs are required to be an Environmental Professional in accordance with ASTM E with at least eight years directly performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
    • The PM must be proficient in using a suite of cloud-based technology and devices suitable for field work.
    • The PM must possess a current US driver's license and be approved for domestic air travel.

    Working Conditions:

    • The PM must be physically capable of navigating all property types including but not limited to frequent standing and walking on a wide variety of surfaces, navigating undeveloped land and varied terrain, scaling ladders and stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    This PM position is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Your income is on a per-project basis. Your revenue is directly dependent on how many projects you want to complete. Revenue for Full-Time Project Managers can exceed $100,000+/year. You will work remotely and travel at least 75% of the time. The remaining 25% will be for planning travel and answering follow-up questions from clients. This means you can live almost anywhere, as long as it is near a good airport. Health insurance, retirement plan or other benefits are not included at this time.
