    SUPERINTENDENT

    Your Role:

    As an Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of assigned projects while ensuring excellent customer service. Good communication, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are key. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing (Including but not limited to):

    • Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage , taking care while walking on roofs.
    • Perform quality inspections and ensure safety compliance.
    • Coordinate with the production team on materials and work orders.
    • Supervise multiple production crews from start to finish.
    • Utilize company programs for job documentation and tracking.
    • Communicate with customers and managers regarding progress and safety.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof.
    • Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, climbing, and balancing.
    • Safely handle items weighing 50+ pounds and operating equipment/tools.
    • Capable of manual labor in various weather conditions when required.
    • Pass drug screen, background check and driving record check.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
    • Positive problem-solving attitude.
    • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

    Key Details:

    • Base salary plus uncapped commission ranging from 50K - 80K
    • Company-provided vehicle and gas card (For work-use Only)
    • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • 401K with up to 4% match after 1 year
