Patient Access Representative

We are seeking a patient access representative to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a key member of our access team, you will be responsible for greeting patients and guests in a courteous manner.

• Initiate scheduling appointments or complete check-in processes/admission for patients
• Verify accurate identification and demographic data for patient records

In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service is provided to all patients and families.
