    Our client is a well‑established commercial interiors general contractor with over 55 years in the business known for delivering sophisticated office, amenity, workplace, and tenant improvement projects throughout New York City. They partner with top architects, developers, and corporate clients, and are known for their precision, quality craftsmanship, and ability to execute fast‑paced projects with exceptional results.

    Description

      • Manage commercial/corporate interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
      • Lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure alignment across designers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
      • Oversee change orders, RFIs, and risk management while ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met.
      • Drive project execution by anticipating issues, resolving field challenges, and maintaining schedule milestones.
      • Serve as a primary client-facing representative, ensuring strong communication, transparency, and satisfaction.

    Profile

    A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

      • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager overseeing commercial/corporate interior buildouts in NYC.
      • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, high-end finishes, and fast-track interiors.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and problem‑solving abilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
      • Highly professional, client‑focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced Manhattan environments.
