    Description

    Join Our Team as a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts

    As a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts, your main role is to guide Crew Members during their shift to ensure Dunkin' Donuts' standards are met and to provide customers with a top-notch experience.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Work in a Team Environment by communicating effectively with team members, being open to feedback, and holding yourself accountable for your tasks.
    • Focus on Operations Excellence by prioritizing guest satisfaction, following brand standards, and maintaining a clean workspace.
    • Ensure Profitability by executing restaurant standards, preparing products correctly, and following all safety procedures.

    Skills Required:

    • Fluent in English
    • Basic math and writing skills
    • Preferably have experience in restaurant, retail, or supervision
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Key Requirements:

    • Guest Focus - anticipate and exceed guest needs
    • Passion for Results - set and achieve targets
    • Problem Solving and Decision Making - make sound judgments
    • Building Effective Teams - place the right people in the right roles
