    Hospice Music Therapist

    We're seeking a compassionate Hospice Music Therapist to join our extraordinary care team. As a key partner with our field staff and leaders, you'll provide professional music therapy in accordance with company protocols and accepted certification practices.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Music Therapy degree, current Board certified (MT-BC) credential, and at least six months of work/education experience with geriatric health care and end-of-life/terminal illness health care.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide consistent professional music therapy sessions
    • Inform and educate patients, staff, and facility partners about music therapy
    • Establish therapy objectives as part of the patient assessment
    • Plan, review, and assess therapy sessions to monitor effectiveness
