LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturing client near the Detroit Michigan area to help fill an Electrical Engineer position. This position provides an opportunity to expand your skillset within a dynamic environment. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the entire product development lifecycle, from design and manufacturing to testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in electronic hardware design, encompassing circuit design, PCB layout, and prototyping.
• Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Oversee the manufacturing process of electrical products, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to electrical components.
• Lead or contribute to the development of electrical products and systems from concept to production.
• Perform risk assessments related to electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures or issues, implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.
• Analyze test results and implement necessary design modifications for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
