    What You Will Learn:

    Supervise warehouse operations to include the receipt, storage, distribution, inventory, and shipment of materials, as well as the accurate documentation of data entry done in support of these functions.

    • Drive a culture emphasizing the importance of Safety and Quality in the warehouse, to include emphasis on housekeeping.
    • Supervise warehouse personnel in controlling the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, to include but not limited to day-to-day support of the business and execution of cycle counts.
    • Drive training for the team across the pillars of Safety, Quality, and Performance. Create OPLs and work instructions as needed. Manage training matrix for assigned team.
    • Plan labor across multiple shifts of work to include calculating and staffing weekend overtime requirements to support production.
    • Drive continuous process improvement in the pillars of Safety, Quality, and Performance. Monitor individual and team level OPIs on a daily basis.
    • Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and production or administrative functions.
    • Ensure the accurate entry of data, proper documentation, and correct inventory activities.
    • Manage relationships with carriers and DCs to ensure the prompt shipment of finished goods, delivery orders, and destruction orders.
    • Manage and implement L'Oral policies and practices including, but not limited to, the Corporation's Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and applicable safety and health procedures.
    • Perform other duties as necessary or required.
    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:
    • High School diploma, BS/BA degree in Business Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
    • One to three years' experience in warehousing operations with a sound working knowledge of material handling procedures, inventory systems, computer systems, related functions and people leadership skills and experience.
    • Minimum one year experience on Stand Up Forklift.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • RCA experience preferred.
