    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION


    Surgical Services and Hernia Center at Meridian Pavilion is the leader in advanced surgical services for the Seattle community and beyond, offering the latest in a variety of minimally invasive treatment options, including the da Vinci Si Robotic Surgical System.


    Our board-certified surgeons have extensive experience and a track record of surgical excellence, and our care extends beyond the operating table.

    Every service we provide in our newly expanded and enhanced surgical facility is personalized to fit each patient's unique needs, and partnerships are an integral aspect of the care plans we design with our patients.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Lead Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff, and perform the work of the other Patient Services Specialist levels

    Direct, schedule and assist in the training of staff; provide feedback to supervisor on staff's performance

    Monitors daily performance dashboard; call waiting, queues, abandon rate and ensures daily work complete and accurate

    Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary

    Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes

    Assists in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules

    Perform the work of the Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3


    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    High school diploma or GED equivalent

    Three years of Patient Support Service experience

    OR

    An equivalent combination of education/experience
