Assistant Property Manager - Cape Coral, FL

Job description
Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the office with organizing, ensuring that common areas are well-maintained
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in negotiating contracts with tenants and service providers
Requirements:
-Fluent in English & Spanish
-Can not have an active Real Estate License.
-VERY IMPORTANT: Should be a dynamic person, very active and with absolute commitment and responsibility to work.
- Experience in customer services or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Puntual
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No overtime
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
