    Description
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Process and apply customer credit card payments taken over the telephone
    • Process bank deposits for ACH payments
    • Provide customer support for inquiries related to account balances including addressing special invoices, statement requests, and providing other documentation as required
    • Provide support for DSO-related requests, including ad hoc statements and processing payments
    • Process AO Edge program activities, including setting up customers and processing payments
    • Responsible for daily review and special handling of invoices that do not auto-invoice and making corrections as needed
    • Process credit and debit memos to customer accounts
    • Enter daily invoice data for select corporate accounts into their invoice portal
    • Complete other projects and duties as assigned (for both Domestic and International operations) to achieve business objectives
    Qualifications:
    • Associates degree in business or accounting with two years of related experience preferred
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and efficient manner
    • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and Microsoft NAV or ERP system preferred
