- Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, performing consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits to customers
- Support to new and existing customers
- Update customers regarding shipments as required via phone, email, and webbased channels
- Handle and resolve complaints
- Monitor shipments from order entry through delivery to ensure on-time performance is met
- Other duties as needed
- Minimum of 2yrs industry experience
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication, orally and written
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including basic computer skills
