- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and objectives
- Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic success
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure in California as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their impact on academic performance
