Manufacturing Manager - Fabrication
Our Manufacturing Managers drive positive culture through excellent team member relations. They provide coaching and development to supervisors and team members across our 24/7 Fabrication department. As well as make employment decisions and resolve team member issues through problem resolution.

This position manages supervisors across 4 shifts and provides overall leadership for all employees in the department.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This is a full-time position and is salaried exempt so your hours and work days will vary depending on workloads. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
