    BLPosition Summary Clean and maintain a wide variety of City buildings and facilities; perform a variety of custodial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping and dusting; assist with set up and break down of various rooms, sites and special events and perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
    Possession of a valid City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
