    Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

    Job responsibilities:
    Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
    Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
    Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
