JOB DESCRIPTION
Skiltrek is looking for an Enterprise Portfolio Architect to join their team.

You will be responsible for building out the long-term strategic roadmap for the Actuarial Portfolio, which is being impacted by a recent acquisition within Disability Benefits.

Your main initiative will be to support the Actuarial Transformation across the technical organization, a call center modernization, and partner with peer groups across all Architecture initiatives.

This position is on the centralized Architecture and Engineering team, which supports technical initiatives across the organization. Must be comfortable working with Executives and providing solution oriented findings to business leaders and technical teams.

The team sits remotely across the US and there is a possibility to go onsite in Portland, OR for team planning sessions, 2-4 times a year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years as a Senior Architect at an Enterprise company
• 2+ years of recent experience working with Cloud Azure Technology

-2-3 years experience building enterprise architecture roadmaps and exposure to any of the following EA methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

• Knowledge of different types of databases (NoSQL, Relational Data Stores, etc.)

, Data Architecture, and/or Data Science / Analytics

• Experience in architecting end to end business solutions and developing applications in an Agile environment

DESIRED SKILLS

• Finance, Insurance, or Actuarial experience
• Experience with Java, .NET / C#, Angular, Spark, REST, AI Gateway
• Experience in a multi vendor and offshore model
