Job summary
The Sanitation Technician plays a vital role in keeping our candy production running clean, safe and smooth. Using proper cleaning procedures for industrial equipment the technician helps protect product quality while minimizing downtime and keeping our sweet operation moving.Responsibilities
- Manage plant sanitation procedures programs and regulatory requirements ensuring all plant equipment is clean and safe for production
- Straightly adhere to sanitation GMP and safety standards
- Perform cleaning and sanitation activities according to Master Sanitation Schedules for the facility interior and exterior and ensure superior sanitation of equipment surrounding areas/li>Mentor motivate Janitors on shift providing training development to optimize performance personal growth
- Facilitate problem resolution related to sanitation sanitation quality issues/li>Maintain accurate records of chemical usage inventory levels etc.
