    About This Role:

    The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation). They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.

    1. Cares for patients throughout their health journey from preventative care to treatment and follow-up.
    2. Plans and coordinates patient care including assessment, education, triage and various other interventions.
