    The Role

    The Portfolio Administrator supports the implementation of ISG strategies and key projects of the team. This individual is responsible for a wide range of duties related to trading, operations, and compliance. They are always growing, innovating, and improving. This individual should expect a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Overall Responsibilities

    • Support trading operations (Equities and Fixed Income).
    • Document portfolio managers trade decisions in accordance with compliance standards.
    • Support with administration of outside investment trading platforms for both options and retirement plan providers.
    • Review client transactions and activity.
    • Manage, translate, and analyze data.
    • Assist in creating ad-hoc reports for both ISG team and firm advisors.
    • Execute investment operations processes (trade reconciliation, report audits, systems maintenance, compliance tasks).
    • Help introduce automation and scalability to processes and task management. Will play a role in new software evaluation.
    • Master technologies and tools (Tamarac, Salesforce, Schwab Institutional Intelligent Portfolios).

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree required.
    • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of and interest in financial products and capital markets.
    • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), and portfolio management software such as Tamarac, Salesforce CRM, and custodial platforms.
    • Familiarity with or interest in a programming or scripting language
    • Commitment to teamwork, continual improvement, and accuracy.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
