Job summary:
We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of experience in either our Atlanta, GA or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements. This is a competitive salary role that offers comprehensive training through our mentoring programs and CLE initiatives.- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (including ancillary documents such as side letter) for the subscription to or formation of private investment vehicles.
