    Job Description

    With the continuously growing landscape of integration technologies to facilitate connectivity solutions, the Embedded Silicon Bridge Process Development team is excited to announce a vacancy for a Process Integration Development Engineer.

    As a Process Integration Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Designing and executing experiments for next-generation Embedded Multi-die Interconnect Bridge (EMIB) products.
    • Defining and establishing process recipes, flows, characterization windows, and specifications for new products.
    • Collaborating with Technology Development (TD) process engineering module teams to select required equipment for developing new devices or products.
    • Engaging with upstream and downstream customers to fulfill product demands, establish design rules, and handle interactions while ensuring manufacturability and reliability goals are achievable.
    • Conducting experiments and data analysis to optimize and characterize new processes and understand sources of variation within the fab to enhance process stability and capability.
    • Providing solutions to challenges by leveraging formal education, statistical knowledge, experiment design, industry literature, and problem-solving tools.
    • Devising strategies to address complex issues and setting up systems to tackle such challenges in the future.

    This role requires on-site presence in Rio Rancho, New Mexico


    Relocation assistance will be provided.

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this position initially, you must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. Preferred qualifications are considered advantageous in identifying top candidates.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Candidates must hold at least one of the following degrees, along with the specified years of experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Device Physics with 6+ years of experience.
      • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Device Physics with 4+ years of experience.
      • PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Device Physics with 2+ years of experience.
    • Demonstrated leadership in technology development and semiconductor process development, with a strong technical background in fab interconnect integration.
    • Experience in leading technical teams, driving successful outcomes, and mentoring others in technical issue resolution.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Embedded Silicon Bridge process integration.
    • Proven track record in process development, transfer, and startup.
