    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and electricians.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies.
    • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to optimize equipment performance.
    • Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize disruptions.
    • Establish and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
    • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Source and procure necessary materials and equipment within budget constraints.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
    • Generate regular reports on maintenance performance and KPIs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct regular safety training for the maintenance team.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and systems.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $ $42.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
