As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at SprayEZ, you will be the crucial first point of contact for both new and existing spray foam contractors.

You will engage with customers over the phone, providing them with knowledgeable insights into our products, equipment, parts, and service offerings.

This role is designed for an intelligent, hard-working individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and maintains a positive attitude while driving sales.

Being English/Spanish bilingual is a PLUS.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Respond to incoming calls from potential and existing customers, discussing their needs and guiding them through available options.

Product Knowledge:
Gain a deep understanding of SprayEZ products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.

CRM Proficiency:
Utilize our CRM system daily to track interactions, manage leads, and provide exceptional customer service.

Outbound Sales:
Proactively reach out to the existing customer base to introduce new solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Training & Development:

Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on personal sales skills and company goals, ensuring alignment with revenue growth strategies.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to share insights and support company objectives, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Previous sales experience is highly desirable; industry experience is a plus but not required.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Attitude:
A positive, resilient approach, with a strong drive for success and team-oriented mindset.
Technical
Skills:
Comfort in using CRM systems; basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Work Ethic:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary & Commission:
Competitive base salary plus a commission structure with no cap on earnings.

Work Environment:
Initially office-based with flexibility for remote work as you settle into the role.

Opportunity to transition into our upcoming Regional Sales Manager model, focusing on outside sales and business development.
