Job summary
This position reports to the Event Coordinator and provides administrative and operational support for member events and functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining required documentation,
- Coordinating event setup with tennis and sailing departments,
- Serving as a point of contact for member groups regarding room availability,
- The role supports food and beverage operations by preparing weekly BEO packets,
- Tracking event deadlines and attendance,
