Job summary

This position reports to the Event Coordinator and provides administrative and operational support for member events and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining required documentation,
  • Coordinating event setup with tennis and sailing departments,
  • Serving as a point of contact for member groups regarding room availability,
  • The role supports food and beverage operations by preparing weekly BEO packets,
  •  Tracking event deadlines and attendance,
  •  < li >Monitoring vendor details,< / li > < ;/ ul >
